OD Grinding

CNC OD grinders that can handle most any OD and thread-grinding operation. This includes:

  • 12 Kellenberger Kel-Vista CNC universal grinding machines that utilize Fanuc Macro B programming with 4th axis rotary capabilities for threading and OD form work. These machines are assisted with MasterCAM® software to create accurate and complex 4th axis shapes and forms and are capable of multiple operations in one set up with a 3 wheel live axis turret.
  • 6 Okuma CNC grinders support high volume OD finishing with multiple operations. These machines are assisted by MasterCAM® for more precise form work and radius compensation.
  • 3 Tru-Tech 3-axis CNC precision grinders that have multiple plunge, OD, ID and contour grinding capabilities.
